*rishGolfer said: So I went onto the Grafalloy site to find out more about the CompNT shaft. They have a link to an on-line shaft optimiser www.shaftfit.com. So I go in and enter my criteria. Average drive is 250 yards Desired trajectroy is mid Swing speed is 100mph Swing tempo is average Driver length is 44.5 Club weight is average Distance control is balanced and guess what came out? Whadyaknow? The Comp NT 65!! Played another round with the TEE on Sunday. Some extreme drives indeed, but also some loose canons. THIS IS NOT A WUNDERKLUB!! I wasn't getting massive trajectory from it, but that's not a bad thing. Hit a few down wind well over the 300 mark!! And also hit a few impressive slugs into the breeze.

Prolaunch 45 in Stiff. Stiff? You gotta be kidding me, right? At this swing speed and tempo? I've been playing an A flex. Things that make you say "Hmmmmmmm......."

My open ended off for this club still stands. I can't believe no one can hit this thing correctly! Maybe Swingspeed needs to be higher for the stiff tip? I dunno. Great club. Again, I'll house it for a season if you don't want it. :D R35
w*rbirdlover said: Not many have had a chance to hit the TEE with a NT Comp stiff. I had a Launcher with the wrong flex incorrectly tipped which screwed it all up. No other TEE's with Comp NT's around really is there?

As a matter of fact when I left today I got the Pro to get me price quotes on Launcher & Launcher Comp with this same NT 'X' flex, but in the 65g shaft weight option. What is it to be, folks; the Launcher or the Comp ? WB: I don't want any of this "the Launcher, 'cos if you want to change the shaft...." Well I won't be changing the shaft, so.....;) I am figuring the Comp because it has a higher MOI than the standard Launcher. Comments, s.v.p. :)
R*ckford35 said: I personally found the Launcher Ti longer, yet not as forgiving. It also sounds better off the face, I find. Either way, super stick. You won't be disappointed. And, if you are, my birthday is on Saturday, so...:D R35
*ndy_79 said: Interesting. How did the sound compare between the two ? I liked the sound off the Comp when I hit it. Took a friend's Launcher '06 out one night probs near the beginning of summer and loved the awesome long, arched carries I obtained with it....and that was just with the standard stock shaft ! Thought it ws pretty hot off the face. Hitting my R7 awesome there on Sunday, but if it is worth my while finnancially, ie. the Launcher will cost me roughly what I will get for my own driver, then I will probs jump at the chance of getting a more confidence-inspiring 460cc head and a newer, better-money model. That is one person who is for the Launcher, then. Anyone else have anything to add (not that I don't value your comments, Rock !! :D).....? Thanks, A.

Andy, I found the Comp to be a bit more duller or muffled. It didn't sound like the world was coming to an end off the face like the 460 does when you cream one. But that sound is totally personal. I didn't like the sound of the Ft-3 until I was bombing the snot out of it. That club explodes off the face. I was hitting my Launcher long yesterday, but wild a few times. It cost me, or rather I "cost myself", 4 strokes on lost balls. Getting fast with the hands and bringing the face over. Ugh. R35
