Shaft guru's, help needed

MCD*vis said: Many moons ago, I had a set of Toski Perfect Match 2-PW irons made with Tommy Mann graphite bubble shafts, and enjoyed playing them. I recently went to a set of TM rac OS with the T-Step ultralite 90 gram stock shaft, and I like those. Both sets are regular flex. Now, I want to re-shaft the Toski's with steel shafts for a set to leave at the beach. I have no clue what the specs were on the bubbles. So, does anyone know anything about the Tommy Mann shafts, and what would you recommend as a good ultralite steel shaft in both performance and price? The Toski's are .370 parallel. Thanks for any help you can provide.

R*ckford35 said: Hmm. I can't find anything on those shafts at all. My suggestion is to find a high lanch low kick shaft like those T steps in the 90g range. An Air Rifle at 94g might do the trick. DG makes an ultralight 86g shaft called the GS75, but they're like 22 bucks a shaft. Maybe give either of those a go. They fit into your limits. And both are .370 parallel. R35

MCD*vis said: Actually, rock, I'm looking at the GS75...you know anything about it from experience? As far as the cost, I'm doing this as part of a trade on another board. I recently quit smoking cigars, and I've got a decent collection of, shall we say, very desireable smokes... ;)

That's way too light for me, and i'm a pussy with the irons. ;) I bet they're nice tho. With that much weight, i bet you could generate some sweet headspeed. I'd like to try one, to be honest. R35

R35 Not weed, but the cigars do come from this island...:) I have average swing speed, but I feel like since I've been playing graphite, and now I'm playing ultralites, I better stick to the UL's in these heads. Anyone who does have experience with UL steel shafts (or any other comments/suggestions), please, chime in. I certainly do!!! :D
